Pradeep has 18+ years across media, ad operations, performance marketing and technology, including roles at Google, GroupM and REA Group. He has run businesses above US$30 million and media buying above US$50 million a year. He founded three businesses before the group.
Shashidhar has 16+ years in media, across WPP Media, Google, Omnicom Media Group and FCB, after an early career in software. At WPP Media he led the programmatic practice for every GroupM agency in India. He heads DigiConduit, leads operations and delivery at AdNexa.ai, and is the practitioner behind OneView. He was named in exchange4media's 40under40 in 2024.
Anand has 24 years in data, analytics and technology for global media groups. He has led analytics, data, technology and automation teams at WPP Media and GroupM Nexus, and spent 15 years at Omnicom Media Group, where he built an AI development centre and real-time analytics infrastructure. At DigiConduit he leads engineering, data security and certifications, and the team that builds OneView.
