Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by DigiConduit, a technology development company and the Development and Analytics Unit of SSS Group of Companies. In this page, "we", "us" and "our" mean DigiConduit.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you.

• Details you give us in the form on the Contact page: your name, work email, company, your role, what you want to build, and, if you ask for a call, your phone number and a good time to call.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit, such as browser type and the pages you open. On this site we use it only to keep the site working.
• Emails you send us, including a resume sent to HR@digiconduit.in. We keep a resume on file for six months, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We do not ask for passwords, card numbers or bank details on this site.

How we use your data

• To reply to your request and route it to the right team.
• To keep a record of what we agreed with you.
• To keep the site safe and working.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your data when you give us consent, when we need it to take steps you asked for before a contract, or when we have a fair business reason that does not override your rights. For example, a fair business reason is keeping our site secure.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data.

• AdNexa.ai, our sister unit, when your request is about managed media or OneView™ subscriptions, which AdNexa.ai runs.
• Service providers who host and run our systems, such as email and cloud hosting. They work under contract and may use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, when we need their help.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Data sent to other countries

Our team works from India. The group serves clients in several countries, so your data may be handled in a country other than yours. When that happens, we use contracts and safeguards that the law requires to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the contract and the law require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you the data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Stop or limit how we use it.
• Give you a copy in a common format.
• Withdraw consent you gave earlier. This does not affect what we did before.

We follow the data protection laws that apply to you. These include India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK and the European Union. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

How we protect it

We use access controls, the least access needed for each task, and encrypted connections. Only people who need your data for their work can see it.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is large, we will tell you on the site.
