About DigiConduit
What is DigiConduit?
DigiConduit is a technology development company with roots across analytics and development. We build custom software and products, connect the systems a business already owns, automate the work that repeats, and optimise results with governed analytics and AI (artificial intelligence). DigiConduit is part of SSS Group of Companies.
What does "Build. Connect. Automate. Optimize." mean?
It is the order we work in. Build the software and products you need. Connect them to the systems and data you already have. Automate the work that repeats. Optimise the results with governed analytics and AI (artificial intelligence) that explain what changed and what to do next.
Which industries do you work in?
Our roots are in advertising and media technology, where our leaders have run programmatic practices and analytics teams for global media groups. We also work with marketing and e-commerce teams, SaaS (software as a service) and technology companies, finance and operations teams, agencies and consultancies, and any business whose work runs on data in more than one system.
How is DigiConduit related to AdNexa.ai?
We are sister units under the same group. AdNexa.ai is the group's digital media company: media planning, buying, campaign operations and managed services, with OneView™ inside every engagement. DigiConduit is the technology company: we build the software, integrations, automation and AI systems, including OneView. You can work with DigiConduit directly for technology, and with AdNexa.ai for managed media.
Is DigiConduit a digital marketing or media agency?
No. DigiConduit is a technology development company. If your requirement is media planning, buying or campaign operations, that is AdNexa.ai. Visit www.adnexa.ai or write to hello@adnexa.ai.
What we build
What does DigiConduit actually build?
Four kinds of work. Build: custom software, web applications, internal tools, APIs (application programming interfaces) and complete products. Connect: platform integrations, data pipelines, warehouses and middleware. Automate: reporting automation, anomaly detection, alerting, executive narratives, AI assistants and agent workflows. Optimise: KPI (key performance indicator) design, Power BI and Looker reporting, and governed AI insight layers that return structured answers.
What products has DigiConduit developed?
OneView, powered by Eka. OneView is a campaign analytics and narrative-insight platform built on BigQuery, with Power BI or Looker delivery. Eka, our proprietary intelligence layer, powers OneView. Both are built by DigiConduit. OneView is sold and run by AdNexa.ai.
Can you build on top of our existing BI tools like Power BI or Looker?
Yes. That is our preferred pattern. Our AI insight layers sit on top of your existing governed BI (business intelligence) environment, retrieving only relevant data slices, applying business logic outside the model, and returning structured recommendations. We extend your investments. We do not force replacements. We can also build the reports themselves if you have none yet.
Can you integrate with the platforms we already use?
Yes. Any platform with an API (application programming interface), and most without one through exports and scheduled loads. Our roots are in advertising and marketing platforms. We build connectors for CRM (customer relationship management), finance, operations and product systems the same way, and land the data in a warehouse you own.
How do you keep AI reliable and affordable?
Governed before generative: KPI (key performance indicator) maths, deltas and thresholds are computed in deterministic layers before any AI (artificial intelligence) involvement. Retrieval over prompt-dumping: only relevant, compressed context reaches the model. Structured outputs over rambling answers. Plus context-budget management, caching, response templates, output-length controls, and full prompt and response logging. So systems stay accurate, auditable and commercially viable at scale.
Does DigiConduit's AI replace analysts or decision-makers?
No. Our systems are designed as co-pilots: they explain what changed, why it likely changed and what to do next, but human oversight remains in the loop wherever intelligence influences commercial decisions.
Can DigiConduit build custom internal tools? Chatbots, assistants, agent workflows?
Yes. We build retrieval-grounded assistants and agentic workflows on governed knowledge bases, including intent-driven conversation flows, guardrails, semantic caching and session management, along with the middleware and API (application programming interface) layers that connect them to your systems.
Advertising and media technology
What is AdTech development?
AdTech (advertising technology) development is building the software that plans, buys, serves, measures and reports digital advertising. For DigiConduit that means platform integrations, campaign data warehouses, trafficking and quality-check tools, pacing and alert engines, publisher operations tooling and campaign intelligence products such as OneView.
Who do you work with in advertising?
Agencies, advertising technology companies, publishers and brands with in-house media teams work with DigiConduit directly for technology. Managed media and OneView subscriptions are handled by AdNexa.ai, our sister unit.
Can agencies white-label DigiConduit's work?
Yes. Analytics enablement, reports, insight systems and tooling can be delivered white-label, under your name, with your client never seeing a second vendor. Deployment structure depends on project scope.
Working with us
How do I start?
Send a short note to hello@digiconduit.in or use the form on the Contact page: what you run today, what you want to build or fix, and the outcome you want. A senior person replies within one working day. If you ask for a call, we book one.
How is pricing structured?
Projects are scoped after a one to two week discovery and quoted in writing. Dedicated teams are monthly. Support after go-live is a retainer with agreed SLAs (service level agreements). Nothing starts before you have read and agreed the scope.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Every build follows a phased structure: discovery, design, build, validation, rollout. Discovery and architecture: 1 to 2 weeks. Custom views and unified reports: 2 to 4 weeks. Reporting automation: 1 to 3 weeks. AI insight layer MVP (minimum viable product) on one BI (business intelligence) environment: 4 to 8 weeks. Assistant or workflow deployments: 4 to 6 weeks. OneView onboarding: 2 to 3 weeks. A custom application's first release is scoped after discovery. Firm timelines are confirmed after discovery. They depend on data readiness, integrations and governance requirements.
What determines whether we hit the fast end of those ranges?
Three things: data accessibility (clean, governed sources with granted access), a named decision-maker for validation cycles, and scope discipline on the first release. One platform, one core data model, three to five high-value use cases first, then phase two.
What does a first release (MVP) usually include?
One BI (business intelligence) environment (Power BI or Looker, not both), one standardised dataset with core metrics and dimensions, three to five high-value use cases (for example pacing risk, CPA (cost per acquisition) deterioration, ROAS (return on ad spend) decline, budget-shift opportunities, creative fatigue), one clear output surface (insight panel or recommendation cards), and logging, output review and monitoring from day one.
Who supports the systems after go-live?
DigiConduit engineering provides ongoing support, monitoring and enhancement under a support agreement, with defined SLAs (service level agreements), logging and quality-review processes established at handover.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code, the documentation, the infrastructure accounts and the data are yours. We hand over with a named engineer and support terms agreed in advance.
Governance and security
How do you handle data security and privacy?
Governed source connectivity with least-privilege access, PII (personally identifiable information) redaction in document and data pipelines, JWT (JSON web token) authentication and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) IAM (identity and access management) controls on deployed applications, encrypted transport, and full prompt and response logging for audit. Compliance specifics are documented per engagement.
What technology stack do you work in?
Cloud and data: Google Cloud (BigQuery, Firestore), Power BI, Looker. Application: Python and FastAPI, React, LangChain-class workflow tooling, vector search and semantic caching. Integration: REST APIs (application programming interfaces), MCP-based (Model Context Protocol) agent workflows, platform connectors across major marketing and analytics systems. Stacks are modular. Model providers and components can be swapped as requirements change. We work in your stack where you have one.
